These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player" or "you") and q58com (hereinafter "q58com", "we", "us" or "the Platform") governing your use of the q58com website accessible at q58com.cam and all associated services, products, games, betting markets and features offered therein.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any part of the Platform.
• Post, transmit or share any content through the Platform that is defamatory, obscene, threatening or otherwise objectionable.
• Misrepresent your identity, age, jurisdiction or any other material information when registering or using the Platform.

q58com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to investigate any suspected breach of these Terms and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including suspension, account closure and recovery of any funds obtained through prohibited conduct.

All deposits must be made using payment methods available at the Platform's cashier at the time of the transaction. Available options are displayed within your account and may include, without limitation, bank transfers and digital wallet channels familiar to Pakistani users. The following familiar local payment references — Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are listed as contextual references only. Actual availability, minimum deposit amounts, processing timelines and fees are confirmed at the cashier and vary by operator arrangement. All bets and wagers placed on q58com are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant market, game or event, as displayed within the Platform. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity:

• A bet is deemed accepted once confirmed by the Platform's system. Verbal or chat-based bet confirmations are not binding.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body — such as the PCB for Pakistan cricket, or the relevant international body for ICC tournaments — will be used as the basis for settlement. • Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per bet and per market and are displayed in the relevant betting interface.
• q58com may limit the maximum stake or payout available to any individual User at its discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

• The q58com name, logo and brand assets are proprietary and may not be used in any form without express written permission.
• Any feedback, suggestions or ideas submitted to q58com become the property of q58com and may be used without compensation or attribution.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, q58com, its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit q58com's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

q58com reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User account in the following circumstances, without limitation:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, misleading or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, collusion or any other financial crime.
• Use of automated tools, bots or scripts in breach of Clause 5.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers.
• Account activity inconsistent with the profile established during KYC verification.
• A request by any regulatory, law enforcement or government authority.

On closure of an account for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation and, where fraud or material breach is confirmed, may be forfeited. Closure of an account not resulting from User fault will result in the return of verified real-money balances after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements.

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which q58com holds its operating licence. Users agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, Users are encouraged to contact q58com's support team via live chat to seek informal resolution. q58com will use reasonable efforts to resolve complaints promptly and fairly.
